You send us a photo — the whole family, grandparents with grandchildren, whoever you wish. We turn it into an illustration and print it on a 320 ml ceramic mug with a cork base.
Nothing is printed without your approval.
What do I receive?
Na opção mug (€25): the 320 ml mug with the illustration. In the full ritual (€49.90): the mug, artisan tea in a 50 g tin, a tea infuser with a natural gemstone, the ready-to-give box and free shipping.
How does it work, step by step?
1. You order and receive an email explaining where to send the photo. 2. Within 2 to 3 working days we send the drawing. 3. You approve or request changes — one round at no cost. 4. After your yes, it is ready in 2 to 3 working days.
What if I do not like the drawing?
Nothing is printed without your approval. You are entitled to one round of changes at no cost, and only after your yes does the mug go into production.
How long does it take in total?
What photo should I send?
A phone photo works, as long as the faces are clear. The sharper it is, the better the drawing.
Can I write something on the mug?
Yes — the family surname, “Christmas 2026”, whatever makes sense. Up to 20 characters.
What do you do with my photo?
We use it to produce the illustration for this order and nothing else. We do not use it in advertising or on social media without asking you first.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
It can, and in the microwave. The illustration is printed by sublimation: it does not peel or fade.
Can I order just one?
Yes. There are no minimums or quantities — one piece is one order. For 10 or more, for a christening or a wedding, see the page for Events.
How much is shipping?
5,80 € para todo o Portugal, free over €49.
Does it come wrapped?
It goes in a ready-to-give box, with the Ariumô fabric bag as a gift, and a blank card to write whatever you wish.
Can I return it?
Pieces with a name are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned — the law provides that exception for personalised items. If it arrives faulty or different from what was agreed, we resolve it without argument.
